[Style] Do we need "Beach Body" ?

What hell does “beach body” mean?

Who needs it?
Check these two words on Google, u will find ouy a lot of photos of men who walks on the beach with glistening pecs and chiselled six-pack. Let Daniel Craig picture for u if u lose the ability of imagination. Why we need beach body?

We don’t need it actually, yet each single media tells us need it.

No doubt, it is the best season of the year to go the beach. Thanks to social media and man’s magazine. We can’t skip photos when hot models or celebrities like Dan Osborne share their shirtless (or near naked) pics at beach or swimming poor on instagram. Man’s magazine teaches u how to get the right shorts to outshine other boys on the beach, and what is the best ingredient to match ur no-one-can-defeat-u shorts? Perfect physical shape.

Is his body perfect?
You know that preparing the best shorts for ourselves are so difficult, not even mention that how anxious we are when we have to prepare the stunning body shape.

Nerve wrecking
Telegraph reveals some interesting data in its article “Now men are expected tohave perfect beach bodies”. It says that “TravelSupermarket conducted a survey about men’s pre-holiday preparations, it discovered that a quarter of British men hit the gym to better their bodies, while one in five diet (hopefully more successfully than me) and four per cent splash out on a spray tan. A recent survey by Gillette, meanwhile, revealed that 69 per cent of British men trim or completely remove their body hair”.

“Beach body” really makes men nerve wrecking.

However, here comes the trick. It’s the time we call for live naturally. Studieshave shown that idealized images affect men and boys, and may be linked to maleeating disorders. In order to shelter children and teens from suffering negative physical and mental health consequences, some experts urge to put warning signs on photo to show how much it was retouched.

Human are a contradictive animal without any questions.

On the one hand, we love to please our eyes with eyecandy and don’t want to “hurt” it by any “eyepoison” (the normal body). In the other hand, the “eyepoison” we haul to wherever everyday( so we get our eyes hurt everyday?). We should become more comfortable with bodies of all shapes and size and face those impossible-to-make-body photos are impossible. The eyecandy is more of an eyecandy.

What is the perfect beach body? The shape which u live with comfortably.
