Lucy is not a human being, an ancestor of human, or an
alien. She is next Professor X for sure (We get that how do Mr. X and Jean Grey
work : reach more cerebral
capacity than other do or , uh, maybe, take CPH4).
To me, “Lucy” is an interesting and edgy movie written and directed by Luc Besson. The plot of the film reminds me of Leeloo from “The Fifth Element” all the time. If Lucy puts on orange wig, I will confuse these two films. Btw, some plots remind me “ Godzilla ” as well since Lucy is a big fan of vomiting light beam.
Actually, I like the topic witch Mr. Besson wants to talk about in “Lucy”. This
time, love can’s save a girl, but her brain does (she is so powerful that makes
the male characters in this film all useless). He uses one line to discuss
about what we will be if we reach 100% of our cerebral capacity and another
line to talk about the “Time”.
Everything is connected and existence is only proven through
time.
When we reach 100% of our cerebral capacity, will we surpass the “Time” and exist everywhere in any shape? Lucy shows us she can make it. Yet imagine what the world would be if we all reach 100% of our cerebral capacity, a quite world or a chaos? It is hard to imagine, right? Maybe after twenty years, we will pic it easier and realize what Mr. Besson wants to tell actually. Like we can get access to “The Fifth Element” easier now.
“Lusy” is a film more than a super female hero or a girl who takes avalanching drugs accidently. It is about philosophy. Yet I am too shallow to talk about it. Thus, go to the theater and find the answer behind the film by urself.
Again, she can replace Professor X and she is more powerful than him. Take this role into account, Bryan Singer (FYI, he is the director of X MEN)
