[Male Model] Mariano Ontañon - Mr. Argentina

To be honest, summer is South American male models’ season.

Rising like a rocket
If you happen to be a person who breathes and lives with fashion and reads every issue of every fashion magazine, u will notice this face lands on different editorials in different magazines, like ELLE Men Hong Kong and GQ Spain to name a few.

He is MARIANO ONTAÑON, an Argentine rising star.

He has just started his model career for less than TWO years, since late 2012.
Seems like a rising rocket. Only after few months being a model, in 2013, he made his catwalk debut for Givenchy and did Just Cavalli and GAS Jeans campaigns for SS14.(compare to now, beard does make him hotter. No joking and throw ur razor, Ontanon.) 

He went to next level in early 2014, as an opened model for Dolce & Gabbana FW14/15 catwalk (the model who went after him was super model Adam Seen and Noah Mills!) and closed for Ermanno Scervino. Moreover, he joined the Dolce & Gabbana FW14/15 campaigns with some leading models like Noah Mills. 

Thus, it’s without any question saying that he skyrockets. 

A benevolent rugby player
U can’t believe what was Ontanon doing before jumping into model career. He was scouted during his college time as a Nutrition student and RUGBY player.(Rugby !! No wonder that his body shape so perfect that his agency is no need to waste time and money making him chiseled. ) However, he can’t play it anymore as to protect his cute face (Good choice, as face runs business especially in the fashion world). So, why not play rugby instead of soccer? He admitted frankly that he was really, really bad on it.

When it comes to one of his other passion, cooking (chef used to be his aspiration), he does know how to make a delicious dish with in healthy way. He reinvents his mom’s recipe and shows his culinary skills for GnamBox.com (It is weird to see a male model cooking without being shirtless in front of the camera.)

Why I call him Mr. Argentina?

He works his way to shine. Let’s see how far this benevolent sweetie can go in Fashion world.
