[Cover] James McAvoy - Mad Scottish Dude

This is Mr. McAvoy’s season since he lands on Prada’s 2014 A/W campaign, Out Magazine’s cover and the film “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby”.

James McAvoy, the mad Scottish actor, made a huge splash by starring in X-Men series as younger Professor X. He gained a dementedly loyal fan base and post-Brokeback lover, Michael Fassbender after launching X-men in 2011 and 2013.

Then he played a role which was totally different from Professor X in Filth. A misanthropic, coke-snorting Scottish policeman(thanks God, his Scottish accent in this film made his far sexier than in X-men) .

Now, he fronts in Prada 2014 A/W campaign and is captured in a black & white photo by the English seashore. (he looks very groom but grum in the photo by the way.)

Moreover, he takes the leading role in “Eleanor Rigby” which is the collective title of three films. The first subtitled “Them” was released Sep 12 and the second and third subtitled Him/Her will hit theaters on Oct 10. To wit, he will not only show up in fashion magazines but big screen as well this fall.

As the cover man of Out Sep issue, he talks about his opinions to Scottish independence, his early actor life and gay character he used to play in the interview.  When it comes to what did he feel when got rejection.

“If a director doesn’t want me, that’s their fucking loss.” he replied.

He is totally a funny and crazy Scottish dude for sure. And that’s why his fan (include gay fan) base grows rapidly.
